[Openstack] HA for Icehouse Neutron

Hi James

Thanks for your reply.

If I use the node's own IP say IP1. GRE tunnel will be formed between node
1 and compute.  Suppose the node 1 fails, VIP will point to  node 2. node 2
will have its own IP in "local_ip" field. GRE tunnel will now be formed
between node 2 and compute. Wont compute be confused as to which tunnel to
send message to? Wont the message from node 1 be lost? WIll this affect the
functioning in nay way?
