[Openstack] nova instances

Thanks John,
After using a physical server(which supports virtualization) with
[libvirt]
virt_type=kvm

in nova.conf,nova instances are working as expected for SOS-CI.

But I remembered that one month ago performance of nova instances with qemu
was good.
