[Openstack] [openstack-dev] OpenStack Mitaka (三鷹) - Our next release name has been selected

Thank everyone in the community for the great collaboration. :)

It seems like Mitaka is hosting great animations everyone loves, Ghibli
Museum (http://www.ghibli-museum.jp/en/).
We should probably plan an official trip there during Tokyo Summit. :)
