[Openstack] higher MTU for all interfaces

Thanks Erik,
                   actually i want to increase MTU of instance from
1500 to 8000,from what i know "dhcp-option-force=" will only change
MTU of vNIC and not all the interfaces related to neutron.Can this be
also changed.
