I never actually implemented this, but I can tell you from anecdotal tales
of woe that it is far from perfect HA. You will experience downtime with an
agent failure. How much depends on the number of routers you have since
they all have to be created on the new agent node upon failover. You really
should consider an upgrade rather than go through this if you can manage it.
