[Openstack] Ubuntu 14.04 + IceHouse, Metadata returns "Error 500"...

Fixed!! YAY!!!

Need to add to metadata_agent.ini the following line:

---
endpoint_type = publicURL
---

IceHouse ready for production!! IPv6 almost everywhere!!     :-D
