[Openstack] Horzion vnc looking for controller node's old IP

We've moved our Grizzly infrastructure to a new data center. The only IP
that I've had to change is the client network interface of the controller
node. Here's how we're set up:

https://github.com/mseknibilel/OpenStack-Grizzly-Install-Guide/blob/OVS_MultiNode/OpenStack_Grizzly_Install_Guide.rst

I changed all the relevant endpoints in mysql and /etc configs and it seems
like I can start VMs now. However, the console sessions do not work from
Horizon because it's still using the old IP for the controller node:

http://10.21.164.75:6080/vnc_auto.html?token=f2079368-b1ce-45f8-965b-de0c77bfc628&title=rsomasundarum2.cloud(0eb1b34e-74d4-461f-8ab5-dfa5536ae1ab)

That's the wrong IP! Where does it get this from and how can I change it?

Thanks in advance!
