[Openstack] Private images are not displayed in Horizon

I'm using what is provided in the Ubuntu Havana cloud archive.

If there is a newer package available in the archive, you can install it by
doing:

apt-get update
apt-get install glance

Those instructions are unique to Ubuntu, though.
