[Openstack] How to make OpenStack POC without powerfull servers

Hi Guillaume,

You can certainly do that. I have done different kinds of different grizzly
installations on my laptop (quad core with 8gb ram) with virtualbox and
currently doing the same for Havana release. As long as you are doing it
for small tests/POCs it works just fine.
