[Openstack] Instance cannot access internet

- Yes My br-ex bridge has the IP 192.168.100.1 which I can ping from the 192.168.100.X network.
-I cannot ping 192.168.100.98 from the the 192.168.100.X network and Openstack Host

can u try to ping 192.168.100.98.
Also is ur br-ext over quantum node having an IP.?
