[Openstack] Looking for a good Folsom + Quantum guide

I believe that the biggest problem is not bug fixes, we are able to fix 
them out by our selves.
Instead, we do need *that Dashboard able to communicate with the quantum 
to allocate floating IP !!!!*

Does anyone have  an idea about the date ?
