[Openstack] [Glance][Nova] Can't list images

I don't know if this is your problem, but the default log level in 
/etc/keystone/logging.conf is WARNING (at least in Ubuntu). I had a 
similar issue and saw important stuff in the log after changing that to 
DEBUG.
