[Openstack] Unable to download images using Glance+Keystone+Swift

Hi Ross,
I had the same issue. Could upload images to swift but not download
them getting a 404.
I needed to apply the patch outlined in this bug to fix it:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/glance/+bug/979745
