Of course you can join.  It will be a weekly irc meeting and I am about
to send a doodle with multiple time choices to everyone that mentioned
being interested in joining this project at the summit, and have
included your email now.   The first meeting will have for objective to
finalize a project name and validate a road-map of decisions that need
to be made.
