[Openstack] vSphere support merged

I'd like to personally thank Sateesh for his seemingly endless
patience in dealing with many, many rounds of review, and for being
responsive in his communications. You proposed the code early and
often, which is what allows our iterative review process to work. Job
well done, guys!
