[Openstack] Problems connecting Dashboard and Nova

Tied it, no luck, error indicating db nova already exists:

+ mysql -pnova -e 'CREATE DATABASE nova;'
ERROR 1007 (HY000) at line 1: Can't create database 'nova'; database exists
