Dear Hackathon Taiwan and OpenStack Community,

I’d like to propose that we agree to have Tom Fifield and Vicki Chiu work together to discuss the best way forward to organize the last remaining items associated with the AppDev Hackathon.

If we are in agreement with this proposal to smooth the communications between the two organizations then I feel we’ll have a very successful and mutually beneficial event.
