Hi David,

Thank you very much for your support to this event and I'm sure we will
be greatly benefited from your help!

I like the idea to host some pre event activities for hackathon
attendees to meet new community members, especially for those who
haven't teamed up and would like to find their team members.
Furthermore, we can also help to host some training sessions as you
suggested early for hackers to learn about writing their first
application on OpenStack or using OpenStack SDKs.

For tutorial evenings , we have reserved venue in Hackathon Taiwan
during 15-20 of March. So it would be perfect location to host pre event
trainings there.

For ice-breaking nights, there's a terrace area surrounded by some bars
inside Yuanshan Park and it's very close to Hackathon Taiwan:

The Three Lions Inn (Irish bar)

Gaucho (Argentina BBQ restaurant) - Highly recommended by Josh Chai :)

POPEYE (Mediterranean cuisine restaurant)

Let's organise some pre event nights. It's gonna be fun to meet everyone
there!

Cheers,
Joanna
