[openstack-tw] App Hackathon update meeting

Hi Michael,
  I think this is a great idea!
  I can give it a try on our testbed, and do some pressure test first.
  Since we have limited public IPs from school, we will only provide the
private IP access.
  If everything works out, I can also help on running the workshop on this.
