[openstack-tw] App Hackathon update meeting

I trying to figure out what kind of doc/mentor/video/sessions we needed if
we want to prepare for it.

In that way maybe we can get more clear version of what and which part can
grep more help from community(even contribute) without duplicate any effort.

Kindly share your idea on it :)
