Open Stack

Dear All:

下次會議除了選出委員外, 建議也討論委員及志工團的小組分工及milestone. 如要把此大會辦好, 其實時間也還蠻趕的, 事情也很多.

2014 的OpenStack Taiwan Day, 雖然一開始困難重重, 但經過主辦單位的努力算是蠻成功的大會. 所以在年底就開始請iThome
規劃2015 的Openstack Taiwan Day. 希望第二次的Taiwan Day 能有更多人參與, 能吸引更多的志工及developer
一起來投入OpenStack. 所以才請iThome 盡早booking在台北最大的場地TICC.

此次因在TICC, 及依照上次開會的結論所要做的事, 費用應該要好幾百萬, 找到贊助商會是最急迫的事. 因6/1開始招生,
所以五月底前需把大部分的議程安排好. , 建議分幾個工作小組:

- 招商
- Keynote, VIP講師邀請
- 國內外 User Story 的分享
- Call for paper 議程規劃
- 認識 OpenStack 展覽
