Hi Cynthia,

Yes it's a good point. The number of committee member was set to 8 
because we didn't know how many volunteers would like to be in the 
committee. We thought we might get 0 or 100. But it's definitely 
flexible to have more members in the committee. In the other hand, it's 
just an initial suggestion for each company to have at most 2 volunteers 
in the committee board. How about we cut down to 1? Any thoughts? Or we 
can wait for a couple more days to see how many members have volunteered 
and what committee task-driven positions should be covered.

In terms of committee member selection, in principle, every Taiwan 
OpenStack user group member is eligible to vote. But we do need to 
address questions like how many votes each individual can have? What 
tool/approach do we use for voting? Anyone would like to suggest?
