I think I will need to apply for a Visa to enter Taiwan and I will need the following documents

 

Invitation Letter from Taiwan company / organization in Chinese letterhead that outlines clearly purpose of your visit and duration of your stay

Hello Chris,

I would be glad to accept your invitation to attend the OpenStack Day Taiwan 2015. It would give me great pleasure to interact with the open source community in Taiwan. I have already met Jack and Joanna before and they both seemed very passionate about Open Source and OpenStack. If they are the examples of users in Taiwan, I am sure OpenStack will see great success in the local market there.

I would like to speak on the following topic

The Growth of the OpenStack Community in India. 

The talk will feature the journey taken to grow the OpenStack community in India over 10 cities and from 10 people in 2012 to 4100 people in July 2015. The talk will also present engaging statistics about the advantages of a global Open Source community.

My bio is as follows

Kavit is the CTO of Aptira, heads Aptira’s Indian operations team and has 15 years of experience designing and deploying a variety of enterprise solutions. He has also been the driving force behind several start-ups helping them develop and innovate novel solutions and products for virtualisation and cloud platforms.

Kavit is a currently elected Board Director of the OpenStack Foundation and serves as an OpenStack Ambassador.

Kavit is a founder and the driving force behind the Indian OpenStack community. He has helped organise OpenStack events in India, attends and speaks at events around the world and loves to work with students mentoring their involvement with OpenStack.
