Open Stack

Hello everyone,

難得有一大票OpenStack專家來台，當然好好利用一下，不過因為同場加映8/12的活動一定會影響到外國來台專家的行程（住宿及航班），所以希望我們可以儘快討論出結果，辦與不辦都是選項。
我個人人小小的建議先確認以下幾點，再來選擇場地：

1、是否以委員會的名義來辦理8/12的活動？

2、承上，倘若8/11有結餘款是否可以贊助8/12經費(場地、餐點、雜支)？

3、打算邀請那些專家與會？誰來邀請？中國、日本、美國、印度、澳洲的專家應該都可以試著邀請看看吧。

4、當天OpenStack User Group meetup的進行方式？要分享、Q&A討論哪些內容？要先訂agenda.

5、 IThome可以協助的部份有哪些？

6、OprnStack還沒切5歲的 蛋糕，是否一同慶祝？

Good idea and worth to do. I think Jack would take the role of event coordinator on behalf of user group.

Suggest to rent a cozy café store with around 100 people maybe.

You can discuss it tomorrow.

PS. Sorry that I'd not be able to join tomorrow's meeting this time, Jack will be the host on behalf of my role, I'll also give some response in advance if possible.
