Hi Chris,

Thank you so much for the offering. I greatly appreciate it.

There is no certain number for actual attendees who are going to join in 
person. According to the doodle poll response, there will be 7 
participants who are able to make it. But I think there will be more who 
may like to join. I think let's book this space for our meeting first.

Is it okay to use the iThome wireless network to set up google hangouts 
for remote attendees?
