3. 若迎廣已有同仁擔任「招商會計組組長」而無法有其他代表兼任委員長，敝人提名瀚雲科技張凱（armani.chang at openvdi.com）擔任今年度委員長。

我有幾點建議提供大家討論及參考:

 

1.          委員會成員及委員長應該優先決定(建議於本週決定)，方便協助整合大家意見並且確實化為行動。

2.          由於這是台灣地區性的openstack年度活動，委員長建議由台灣人擔任。

3.          執行過程中建議有一位或以上的openstack基金會人員協助與openstack基金會溝通協調相關事宜。

4.          委員長主要職責應為仲裁委員會成員之間的爭議避免少數人意見凌駕多數人意見，委員長並非決議者。

5.          委員長及各組組長人選最後決定權，應由委員會共同決議選出。
