For the proposed topic which should be discussed this week, can we get either previous plan last time or proposal from ITHome this year? I think it’s a good base for all of us to preview before putting on table to discuss, thanks.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for the update for work schedule. We will definitely review it through in the meeting. 

I was thinking to call for volunteering to provide the meeting room once we got certain date for next meeting. But any suggestion is very welcome as long as we can make this meeting happened :).

l   5/8以前 確認TICC場 地租用範圍(活動前3個 月需繳清大會堂場租,其他場 地需 支付30%訂 金)


5/25~5/31

2 weeks

l   議程內容彙整、審核與調整

l   宣傳物設計完稿


6/1~8/2

10 weeks 

l   招生宣傳啟動(至少該宣傳10週)

l   與會名單出席確認

l   7/10以前 確認 繳清TICC剩 餘場租(活動前1個 月)


8/3~8/9

l   大會裝潢佈置定案

l   大會禮贈品製作完成

l   具名識別證製作完成

l   8/5以前 確認 租用設備品項(活動前3個 工作日需付款予TICC)
