seem to remember there was a way to include external references such as 
links to repositories, blog posts, or documentation that would provide 
more context about the technology being presented. While going through 
the talks I noticed that that section doesn't seem to be visible in the 
track chairs application. It would be really helpful to have that 
section, as it's sometimes hard to tell if the technology the speakers 
want to discuss is proprietary software or a new open source project. Is
