<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">I have attended presentations from vendors that were good, however, when the sales pitch was kept to the last 5 minutes of the talk. The ones that worked for
me were given by vendors that provided a supported version of an OpenStack project and gave a talk or lab on that project. If they keep the bulk of the presentation to the open source technology, then give their product a plug at the end, I think it’s cool.

the summit, even if that technology is closed source. People who'd never consider a closed source plug in would simply not attend that session.
