I think it worked well for smaller tracks with less proposals, we did not face that many issues regarding metrics and decision making most probably due to a smaller amount of proposals in the list.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">I see some parts as well that could be further improved. First of all I felt it very uncomfortable not having notifications or any other way to identify new comments on the proposals. Our team had issues with finding a good slot for synchronisation therefore we used adding notes in the tool quite heavily and it was uncomfortable to go through the whole list of talks to check whether any new comment is appeared or not.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">I also felt a bit inconvenient the process of track changes. For me it was a bit odd seeing new proposals a bit randomly popping up sometimes. I think it would be great to discuss on both source and target side whether the change really is reasonable or we should find the proposal another possible home. I felt it a bit odd seeing proposals popping up similarly without notifications therefore we still ended up having not fitting proposals in the final list as we didn’t have enough time for further moving them.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">I also think it would be great to see the original track of the proposals as it was hidden during this round.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Also +1 on the comment of let’s improve the tool as opposed to export data!</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Thanks and Best Regards,</div><div class="">Ildikó</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class=""><br class=""><div><blockquote type="cite" class=""><div class="">On 25 Aug 2016, at 10:58, Amrith Kumar <<a href="mailto:amrith@tesora.com" class="">amrith@tesora.com</a>> wrote:</div><br class="Apple-interchange-newline"><div class=""><div class="WordSection1" style="page: WordSection1; For example. What might be considered a How<br class="">> To/Best Practice for developers might be completely irrelevant to users.<br class="">> We at Dev Tools track found out that there are a lot of drafts related to<br class="">> the CI/CD and Testing processes. Seems reasonable to add such a track<br class="">> (Deployment and Testing) as an option for the next summit.
