Hi All -

Have had a couple of reports of problems emailing speakers. By and
large, it seemed to be working for most Track Chairs. However, we caught
some errors under certain conditions. If you pushed the email button
and "got stuck" and didn't see a confirmation that
your email was sent (see attachment), you should try resending.

When you send a notification, it will come from you and go directly to
the speakers. Your fellow track chairs will be BCC'd on the initial
communication. There should also be a little indication that you emailed
the speakers (see other attachment).

Thanks!
