Let me know what you see there, and if it doesn't match, we'll know you
have a local cache issue. Gal was able to fix his by loading talks from
another track, then going back to his original track.
I get that this is a massive PITA all, so apologies for the confusion
and issues here. I'd be happy to help anyone that needs it work

You might try clearing your local browser cache. Let me know if that
works. I've confirmed cloudflare cache is clear and all tracks are
delivering the correct presentation count.
