Hey Leong,

Many programming committee members have offered to do WeChat. My 
suggestion is to just use your personal WeChat channel and make sure 
you're updating the etherpad 
(https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/ShanghaiOfficeHours) with the proper 
channel.
