Hi Ashlee/Horace,

Since this summit will be in China and I would expect many proposals from PRC.
Would there be a WeChat channel for folks to ask questions, and we can be in the channel to provide answers (understand there is a restriction <500 users per channel).

Thanks!
Leong.

Hi everyone,

Friendly reminder to list your scheduled office hours in this etherpad<https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/ShanghaiOfficeHours> so we can promote them to the community.

Also, if you would like to send us any additional content for the Superuser article (see details below), please do!

Cheers,
Ashlee

Thank you for being a part of the Programming Committee for the Shanghai Open Infrastructure Summit!

Our goal is for the Programming Committee to be more engaged with the community while the Shanghai Call For Presentations is still open. A couple of ways you can engage--

  * Office hours - We believe that office hours are a key tool in presentation success, and accessibility to topic experts (that’s you!) is one of the most valuable resources we can provide our community. We encourage you to hold individual office hours (2-3 hours total) at your own convenience before the CFP closes on July 2, 2019 at 11:59pm PT (July 3 at 6:59 UTC). Please list your scheduled office hours in this etherpad<https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/ShanghaiOfficeHours>, which also includes more details.
  * Promotion - We would greatly appreciate your help promoting the CFP through social media channels. You can follow #OpenInfraSummit on Twitter for updates, and use these sample social media posts<https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/ShanghaiPCPromo> if you would like.
  * Superuser<http://superuser.openstack.org/> - Before the CFP closes, we will be publishing a Superuser article using some of your input from your nomination application regarding the content you would like to see submitted to your Track. If you are not comfortable with your words being published on the Superuser blog, please let me know. If you would like to provide any additional input, feel free to send that along as well. See an example in this Superuser article<https://superuser.openstack.org/articles/tips-for-the-open-infrastructure-summit/> of some of the Denver Summit’s Tracks.

I have also attached a list of your fellow Programming Committee members for your reference.

Please let me know if you have any questions, and we look forward to planning the Summit content with you!

Thanks,
Ashlee
