The Alternates from your Team list will all have a Lightning Talks spot.  The Container track has 10 Alternates. You don't have to do anything special to designate them beyond placing them in your Team Selection. From there, the Speaker Support team will communicate the relevant info to alternates.

We don't have time at this point for programming changes, but I'll note the request on bg color of team selections for next Summit.

Hi,

I still have no idea how do we select the lightning talks. In the containers track we have 5 persons. I for example have 10 ALT-s and some of them are on the Team List. All the remaining ones of these are going to be lightning talks?

Would it be possible to change the background color of the talks in the Selections or Interested lists which are in the Team list? For me it is really hard to follow what is happening (maybe it is just my problem).
