[Openstack-track-chairs] Uh, an uncomfortable question about misplaced presentations

Speaking on this about Summit track selection process, I think we need a
session at Boston for track-chair to meet and discuss issues/improvement?

I sent out an email [1] to UC yesterday asking if this should be proposed
as one of the session in Forum? Thoughts?
