Open Stack

I'm going to go ahead and CC the Track Chairs list on this response. I 
didn't want to confuse people watching the video re: Arch & Ops Track, 
but I think it's good for all the Track Chairs to know what's going on.

This track received almost 500 submissions. Far more than any other 
track. Our feeling was this was an overwhelming number for 5 track 
chairs to review in the allotted time and not really fair to ask of a 
volunteer team. As a result, we split the track into something called 
"Architecture & Operations" & "Architecture & Operations 2", strictly 
for the purposes of review. The presentations were divided evenly 
between the two tracks. We added 5 additional Track Chairs to "A & O 2"  
and we're asking each group to select X (tbd) presentations and Y 
alternates. Once it's time to unveil the schedule, we'll merge the two 
lists, by rank, so each group's rank will effectively remain in place 
for both Acccepted and Alternate presentations.

We realize this is a little unusual, but we had to scramble to find a 
reasonable solution. Adding extra Track Chairs to one track would only 
add to the chaos as there would be many voices. That said, feel free to 
talk amongst yourselves. If you're wondering which A&O group you're in, 
please reference https://www.openstack.org/track-chairs/directory. A&O 
is at the top and A&O 2 is at the bottom.
