Yeah, we've tried to address this where it has popped up via Twitter, 
IRC, etc... Send them our way and we'll be happy to discuss.

Yep, no problem on the search. The idea isn't to prevent people from 
letting users know about their talks. Just to make it a little more 
difficult than a one-click solution. We have discussed the # of votes 
limit before, but so far haven't come up with good criteria to eliminate 
those altogether.
