[Openstack-track-chairs] "Voting now open" email: no information about changes to the voting process?

Hey Florian- 

We appreciate the feedback, totally open to updating site with more context on intention surrounding the voting change. 

Below please find proposed new copy for the Selection Process information page you referenced in your email. Know there was an extensive back and forth over the mailing lists back in May, but the unique URLs was the only real change to the process this round. Let me know if you have additional information you think we should include here. 
 
Please note: For the first time, unique URLs to submissions have been removed for this Summit.

This is in response to Community and Track Chair feedback. The hope is that by removing dedicated URLs we are promoting fairness across all submissions by preventing ballot stuffing and social media spam, evening the playing field for people new to the community or from smaller companies.
