I'm not sure what the specifics are on this talk, but you have a fair amount of latitude to discuss it with the speakers :) If you think it's a good talk, feel free to reach out and try to help them make it better.

You can send an email to the speaker via the Track Chairs tool to ask for a change and/or make a suggestion. Once you have it, just submit a ticket to speakersupport at openstack.org<mailto:speakersupport at openstack.org> with the change request.
