[Openstack-track-chairs] Missing talks in the selection tool

It did the same thing for me and I've forwarded information to Jimmy.
At this point, I have tried to literally place a comment in each and every talk in the track. If there are now talks in my track that don't have a comment, it means that they aren't visible to me.
