[Openstack-track-chairs] Removing talks?

Hi Jimmy, hi Erin -

Will there be a step before public voting that culls submissions that
are either:
1) incomplete
2) duplicates
3) don't fit in any track
?

I notice a few of these have made their way into the HPC / Research track now.

Also, some of the talks that have been moved into this track don't
belong, so for the record the HPC / Research track description is:

"HPC is one of the earliest and most popular use cases for OpenStack,
allowing operators to run workloads on standard hardware rather than
supercomputers. In this track, we'll discuss reference architectures,
best practices and case studies for high performance computing."

I would expand on that by saying that it can really be about any sort
of research computing workloads / use-cases / communities.

Cheers,
