[Openstack-track-chairs] Part One: Austin Session Selection Process

Hi All,

Perhaps someone can shed some light on the Containers track...

Is the Containers track meant to cover talks about "Running OpenStack
services in containers", or is it meant only for talks about "Enabling
tenants to run containerized workloads in OpenStack clouds?"

I see that [1] is about Heat, Nova, Designate, etc. inside containers
and [2] is about Swift inside containers.  I don't understand why they
would be on different tracks, or which is the correct track: Ops or
Containers.
