[Openstack-track-chairs] Submission form problem

Egle,

There is a final confirmation step that gets missed a lot. It's 
basically an option to review all of your presentation data and speaker 
profiles before finally submitting. I'm sending out a reminder in a few 
moments to 194 people that are in this state.
