Agreed, I think it's suboptimal but I would at least encourage<br>
anyone who's interested in coming to attend even if they're not on<br>
the TC. The last thing I want is any sort of "closed" meeting.<br>
However, why wouldn't they be able to expense the hotel stay? It's<br>
not "extra" if it's part of everything else we've got going on.<br>
Refer to it as a "boring business meeting" instead of a conference.<br></blockquote></div></div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Because employers work from limited travel budgets, especially when sending a large delegation to the PTG. My main concern is venue availability. I know the PTG budget is<br>
tight and every penny of the registration fees are already going<br>
toward the existing booking.<br>
