<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-autospace:none"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The UC has been working very actively in the definition of its charter. One of the action items out of the last summit was to include the UC charter details in the OpenStack governance
site.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-autospace:none"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Therefore, we would like to modify the
