<p><span style="font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">Thanks for clarifying!  We want to _<i>encourage</i>_ upstreaming.  My apologies to overstating it.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">We don’t/can’t require it; although, some of the wording around the designated sections gets pretty close for parts of the code if people what to use the OpenStack mark commercially.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">We’ve got an interesting balancing act with Apache license and community pressure where we don’t require sharing but want to find ways to incent collaborating.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
