TC members,

It does not look like there will be a face-to-face joint leadership meeting at the PTG in Denver in September. Since some of us may have already booked hotel and flights assuming there would be, before we change things around I thought I would check to see if we want to try to meet as a group that day. I think we have 3 options.

1. Meet together Sunday only
2. Meet together Friday as originally planned
3. Meet together Sunday and at least part of the day Friday as originally planned (probably only Friday afternoon)

Note, we do not yet have a room to meet, but there’s no sense in trying to find one if no one will be there.

Also note that, in addition to those of us who may need to rebook, we have folks who have not yet booked flights, so please respond as quickly as you can with your preferences.
