Open Stack

Greetings.

The TC has discussed the DefCore committee's request for help defining
required sections of code for the last two meetings. We're in the
process of drafting a response, but that likely wont be agreed to by
the TC for at least a week.

I've been asked to act as a TC liaison for this committee, so I have
joined the mailing list along with a number of other TC members. Anne
Gentle has kindly offered to help me out in that role.
