[openstack-tc] Icehouse TC opening

It looks like the TC mailing list is currently in a mixed state, since (as far as I know) I wasn't re-elected to the TC, but I'm still getting this invitation.

I'm happy to eat on HP's dime, but I'm not sure I was supposed to be invited. ;-)
